During a visit to the farm, we met Basque pigs and also sheep of the local Manech tête rousse breed. We discovered the secrets of the production and refinement of their AOP Ossau-Iraty cheese through an engaging video. We also enjoyed a tasting of their farm products: Basque pig cheese and charcuterie.
