Next, step into the role of cider maker. Through a guided sensory game, you’ll develop your sense of smell and explore blending techniques to create a balanced, personalized cider.

Great experience. Very warm welcome from Clémence. A small mulled cider at the beginning of the visit (like mulled wine, but cider-like, with spices and honey...). A wide variety of activities, including visits, explanations, Q&A, and tastings. A team olfactory testing workshop. Then we made our own cider according to our personal preferences (acidity, bitterness, sugar, fruit...). And finally, some shopping before leaving, just before Christmas, ideal for original gift ideas. We did this with my brothers and our father; it was a birthday present. Excellent day. I recommend it without hesitation.
