Step into the shoes of a winemaker with this interactive blending workshop at the Château. Guided by Lionel, the estate’s winemaker and oenologist, you and your team will work with samples of wines currently aging in the cellar to create your own unique blend.

During this hands-on experience, you’ll learn the principles of assemblage, discover how varietals complement one another, and explore the art behind crafting a balanced and expressive wine.

At the end of the session, Lionel will taste each team’s creation and select the winning blend, followed by a small prize or recognition for the top-performing group.
