Join our Chocolate Eclairs Class in Paris, and let one of our Pastry Chefs, using some of the freshest ingredients, show you how to make the most versatile French pastry dough: choux pastry. It can be turned into delicious pastries, simply by using a pastry bag to make fillings with crème Chantilly, Vanilla Cream or Pistachio as you will find them in many French bakeries.

You can also turn these puffs into the quintessential French wedding cake: the Croquembouche – a pyramid of puffs, with a caramelized syrup holding everything together. And of course, just filled with ice cream and topped with chocolate, you will make the most delicious dessert: profiteroles.

All this to be followed with teatime of course, before leaving with bags full of your delicious creations!

STEP 1: All our chocolate eclairs classes in Paris are hands-on and we cook from scratch.  First things first: let’s weigh the ingredients.

STEP 5: Now it’s time to pipe your choux pastry into beautiful puffs and fingers, with guidance of course.
STEP 6: Whilst your puffs and fingers are baking, you will prepare a cream chantilly and a chocolate foundant.
STEP 7: Bringing everything together, you will fill and decorate your eclairs and puffs.

Thank you to Chef Stephane for providing such a high quality and engaging pastry class. We made eclairs with 3 different fillings and various toppings. It was a fun interactive and hands on class and a nice break from museum hopping. My daughter and I really enjoyed ourselves and are already planning to get together to make chocolate eclairs for our family. Highly recommended as a great experience for any trip to Paris!
