We just had the most incredible experience with Chef Christian. My family of 4 (myself, my husband, my 9 year old son and 12 year old daughter) made croissants. Chef Christian was so knowledgeable but also engaging and a lot of fun! I feel confident to go home and try this myself! And my kids left with the best core memories!!!! And we were able to take our baked goods home!!!

We had a WONDERFUL experience with Chef Christian and his pastry class. He was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and funny. The 3 hour class went by in a flash and we loved every second. We made loads of pastries, learned a ton, and laughed lots. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful as well. The next time I come back to Paris I will absolutely be booking another cooking class with them.
