Begin your experience with a guided walk through our organic vineyards, where you will learn about the 11 grape varieties we cultivate using sustainable and environmentally friendly practices. Discover how terroir, climate, and careful farming shape the character of our wines.
The visit continues inside the winery with an exploration of the cellar and gravity flow winemaking method, a technique designed to preserve the quality and elegance of the grapes. You will also visit the barrel room, where our wines are patiently aged to develop depth and complexity.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of four wines, including two DOC wines, one IGT white wine, and one IGT red wine. Each wine is perfectly paired with fresh and cured Monte Veronese cheese and local Soppressa, offering a true taste of regional tradition and craftsmanship.

We visited for the wine tasting recently on my birthday on our trip to Lake Garda. We did the 11am wine tasting. The guide was really knowledgeable, passionate and friendly. We got to try 4 wines (not full glasses) a good amount to enjoy, we also toured the vineyard and the area where they make the wine and learned a lot about the process. We tried the wines with some meats and cheese, because it was a smaller group this was a really nice chilled friendly vibe, there was a friendly dog too. We bought some wines afterwards

I have been to several wine tastings, and this experience was by far the best one I’ve ever had. Julia, our guide, was amazing. She ensured that we felt at home. Specifically, the way she explained the wine—its histories, contemporary processes, family stories—created an atmosphere that left me feeling informed, but also connected to the space. I felt as if I was now a part of this story, a story listener that can carry forward what I’ve learned about wine, people, and place. As a professor who consistently foregrounds story as an entry point to science, to knowledge, and to community, this experience affected me on a personal and intellectual level, something I never thought possible with wine as a focal point. So, thank you to Julia for this experience, and thank you. I will be back!
