Step into the heart of Piedmont’s wine country and indulge in the authentic Italian tradition of Braciolata in Vigna – a vineyard barbecue experience like no other!

Your journey begins with a guided tour of the winery, where you will taste a selection of our finest wines. Then, you’ll receive a specially curated meat basket, vacuum-sealed for freshness, and head to our scenic vineyard barbecue area, where the grill will be prepped with wood and charcoal, ready to be fired up.

As you wait for your delicious cuts of meat to cook (chops, sausages, skewers, and ribs), enjoy an appetizer spread of local cured meats, Piedmontese cheeses, jams, and mustards.

Your meal will be perfectly paired with our wines, served in glassware, along with freshly baked bread and grissini, all complemented by our signature Barbera salt. The experience ends on a sweet note with Mombaruzzo amaretti cookies and fresh fruit.
