Enjoy a Farm-to-Table Experience in Sicily!
You will welcome to a family farm inside a regenerated limestone quarry. We’ll make first a walk around the farm discovering wild aromatic herbs, edible flowers and picking sicilian fruits that we’ll use to prepare an authentic sicilian meal. Then it’s time to make fresh pasta with our all wheat flour made with a stone mill and her majesty “la cassata siciliana” as for dessert.
During the lunch you’ll taste our sourdough bread with extravirgin olive oil and we’ll offer you our wine and grappas.

We are so happy that we found Manuela and her amazing cooking class experience. She went far and beyond with experience, absolutely top class. We had such a great time going around and collecting herbs and fruits, saying hi to donkeys. She also helped us with organizing getting there. Amazing Gianni was super helpful and the kindest person we met in Sicily. We cooked delicious two pastas vegetarian versions as we had vegetarian with us and also with gluten low tolerance pasta. We made Casata Sicilians cake and it was so delicious 😋 After all experience we went swimming in the swimming pool. Perfect place and really hard to bit. Thank you dear Manuela for unforgettable day! It was magical! 🙏🤗😘
My friends and I had the most fantastic experience thanks to Manuela and her lovely family. She could not have done more to accommodate us, from organising our transport with the kindest local guide (Gianni!) to creating a vegetarian menu, giving us a tour of their gardens and introducing us to the sweet resident donkeys! We all agreed it was one of the most magical days we'd had in Sicily. Do yourself a favour and go to this farm - you will not regret it!
