Step into tradition with Casa Masca’s Harvest Day, an immersive experience celebrating the grape harvest season. Perfect for families, children, and schools, this engaging program combines hands-on vineyard work, farm discovery, and delicious food, allowing participants to relive the authentic journey from grape to wine.

Program of the Day

• 10:00 AM – Welcome at the gate. One of our guides will accompany you by bus to the vineyard.

• Peasant breakfast in the vineyard: bread with oil, bread with tomato, water, and tea.

• Grape Harvest: learn about the vine and harvest grapes using buckets and scissors.

• Grape Stomping: return to Casa Masca and tread the grapes with your feet, discovering the transformation from grapes to must, and then wine.

• Packed Lunch: enjoy your own food in our indoor dining area (teachers are offered snacks, our wine, dessert, and coffee).

• Free Play: relax in our safe, equipped garden, where children can interact with farmyard animals (donkeys, goats, chickens, rabbits, turtles).

• Pizza Workshop: a fun and engaging activity where children prepare and bake their own pizzas.

• Afternoon Snack: enjoy the wood-fired pizzas made by the children, served in the garden.

A full day of tradition, learning, and play that celebrates the harvest in true rural style—fun for all ages, unforgettable for families and children.
