A journey through all the stages of balsamic production, from the estate’s hillside vineyards to the finished bottle, passing through the must cooking room, two barrel aging rooms, and the Balsamic Museum.

The tour concludes with a special and exclusive guided tasting of eight types of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, including the Great Classics, our limited editions, and our most prestigious and aged products. This tasting is dedicated to the most discerning and curious customers, and is conducted entirely privately, with a dedicated guide.
