What is included
- The visit consists of a tour of the farm, we show our animals, the machinery, our countryside
- The tasting includes a sampling of 5 different pecorino cheeses, fresh, semi-aged, aged in a cave, flavoured with truffle and flavoured with saffron and ricotta
- All accompanied by honey, jam and seasonal fruit

A unique experience... It was recommended to us by local people during a couple's visit to nearby Pienza. The Farm is nestled in the splendid Val d'Orcia... The journey from Pienza to the boutique is already breathtaking... Once we arrive on site we are welcomed by Elia, the very kind owner who, guided by his passion, takes you on an exciting tour of the his farm among barley and oat fields and the very nice sheep... and at the end of the tour a pleasant and delicious tasting of cheeses and craft beers produced directly within the company. A highly recommended visit to do alone, as a couple, with friends and even better accompanied by children. We will return soon to visit Elia and his beautiful company.
The shepherd's boutique is the place that was missing: we are passionate about these areas and we come there often. But we finally found this shop where we find first of all the flavor of authenticity. Not a tourist place but a true temple for those who love local tastes and flavours. It was really worth dedicating an hour of our precious tour of the Vai D'orcia stopping here where we found so much harmony with the surrounding area. Competence, friendliness, cleanliness and exceptional quality products at the right price work the miracle: this is the place to stop to find the real Pienza!
It was a very nice afternoon with cheese- and beer tasting. The atmosphere was very friendly, like we were family. The cheeses tasted so good and the beers were also excellent!
