A very nice experience the host does a very good job of easily explaining each wine you will be tasting and how it gets its flavor. The snacks paired with the wines were great! If you are taking the bus make sure you know what stop to get off since it is a little confusing (the general area has the same name as a bus stop but the stop near the vineyard is a different one that is about 20 min away)

Simone confirmed everything in advance, asked us about the language we speak at home, if we had any allergies, etc, and made sure we had clear directions. The wine class was very informative. We learned alot about grapes, and how different grapes are used to produce wine in Chianti. and what years were the best. The tasting was very generous - 9 wines in beautiful glasses, paired with cheeses, breads and olive oils. The vineyard is gorgeous. There was no rushing, we sat in the sun well beyond 2:30.

This was our 4th year experiencing this experience. my mom and I keep coming back because the experience always feels like we're visiting family. The vineyard is beautiful. There's something new, every time we go and the wine is exquisite. This year we sent back a lot of wine. They do shipping to the u. S, and that was fabulous. Thank you so much to our hosts for another wonderful year.
