We spent a lovely day at this agriturismo taking a cooking class and staying for lunch. We helped make potato gnocchi and cannolis and watched while the chef prepared the sauce and filleted the fish. Later we ate the food that we helped create on the beautiful terrace overlooking the Sorrento peninsula. The property and views were lovely and the four course meal was delicious. The wines were exceptional too. Most memorable were the hosts and owners. Thank you to Salvatore and family for your gracious hospitality and for sharing your family farming history and traditions with us. This was a highlight of our trip to the Amalfi Coast and was a welcome respite from the crowded tourist spaces that we had been experiencing in previous days on our trip. I would highly recommend spending time with this family and their lovely property on any trip to the Amalfi Coast.
