Embark on a refined, hands-on gastronomic experience in Florence’s vibrant San Frediano district with the Spaghetti & Lasagna Class. This 3-hour session invites guests to explore the authentic flavors of Italian cuisine under the guidance of experienced culinary instructors in an intimate, small-group setting.
Participants will learn to craft two timeless Italian dishes—spaghetti alla chitarra and traditional lasagna—entirely from scratch. The class covers essential skills including preparing fresh pasta dough, making classic sauces such as slow-cooked ragù, velvety béchamel, and traditional pummarola.
Once the cooking is complete, guests will enjoy the fruits of their labor paired with organic Tuscan wine from the hosts’ family estate, Dalle Nostre Mani. The experience concludes with a chocolate dessert and a taste of house-made limoncello, offering a full-circle culinary journey through the heart of Tuscany.
