You’ll follow an expert truffle hunter and a trained truffle dog, watching them work in perfect harmony with the natural environment. Depending on the season, we will walk through different types of woods, discovering unspoiled landscapes and hidden corners rarely seen by visitors. Along the way, you’ll learn about the history of truffles, how to recognize the right terrain, and the secrets behind this ancient tradition.

After the truffle hunt, the experience continues at a traditional Tuscan farmhouse, where you’ll enjoy a tasting of the truffles found, prepared in classic Tuscan dishes that highlight their unique aroma and flavor. This convivial meal is the perfect moment to relax, share stories, and savor the fruits of the hunt.

By the end of the day, you won’t just have tasted truffles — you’ll truly understand them. An immersive, educational, and delicious experience that truffle lovers will never forget.

What is included

• After a nice welcome coffee, we will give you a brief introduction on the world of truffles. We will provide you a welcome bag, with truffle hunting tools and we will then leave to go into the woods!
• With the help of the expert dogs, we will arrive to the forest where we will start hunting for truffles.
• We will return to the farm where specialized chefs will cook fresh dishes made with the truffles found. Everything will be accompanied by a good typical local wine.

• Starter: cured meats, cheeses, bruschetta with truffles
• First course: gnocchi with butter and truffle
• Second course: fried egg with truffle
• Side dish: seasonal vegetables
• Dessert: fruit or homemade sweets
• Water, white and red wine, coffee
• Depending on your needs, we also offer vegetarian, vegan and celiac-friendly meals.

After a lunch filled with laughter and truffles, we will part and say our goodbyes. Don’t forget to thank and say goodbye the protagonists of the day, the dogs!
