Enjoy a refined food and wine journey on the slopes of Mount Etna, designed to highlight the distinctions between Sicilian grape varieties and those unique to Etna’s volcanic terroir. Set against panoramic views of the Ionian coast, as recognized by National Geographic, this experience includes a tasting of seven wines—one glass of Spumante Rosé and six current vintage selections—paired with a curated menu of traditional Sicilian specialties.

Guests will enjoy a rich array of local dishes, including cheeses, cold cuts, seasonal soups, grilled sausage, sweet and sour meatballs, and a Sicilian cannolo for dessert. A guided tour of the winery and cellar, led by the staff, provides insight into the estate’s winemaking philosophy.

A dedicated children’s menu and dietary accommodations (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) make this a welcoming experience for all visitors.
