Provider Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the collaboration between Farmer Experience (the “Platform”) and each individual farm, producer, or local business (“Provider”) that offers experiences through our platform(s), including but not limited to:
By joining our network and offering your services through our platform, you agree to the following terms:
1. Provider Obligations
As a Provider, you agree to:

Offer authentic and safe experiences as described and agreed with our team.

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date description, pricing, and availability.

Provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.

Respect agreed experience durations and itinerary.

Inform us immediately of any operational changes or cancellations.
2. Compliance and Responsibility
The Provider is solely responsible for:

Obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, certifications, and insurances (e.g. liability, property, or health insurance);

Ensuring the experience complies with all local, regional, and national laws and regulations;

Managing all on-site safety, hygiene, and risk prevention measures;

Having sufficient staff or resources to deliver the experience as promised.
Farmer Experience does not assume legal liability for any incidents, claims, or accidents that may occur during the execution of the experience.
3. Commission and Payments

Farmer Experience operates under a commission-based model, typically ranging from 20%, depending on the partnership.

Payments are processed after the experience is completed, typically within 2-3 business days.

Providers must have a valid payment method on file.

Commission invoices are issued monthly or per experience, as agreed.
4. Cancellations and Customer Service

Providers must notify us immediately if an experience needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.

In case of provider-led cancellation, the guest will be offered a refund or an alternative.

Providers are expected to collaborate in resolving customer complaints in good faith.

Late cancellations or repeated issues may lead to removal from the platform.
5. Use of Images and Content

By joining the platform, you grant Farmer Experience the right to use photos, videos, and descriptions of your experience for marketing purposes.

You may request removal of specific content at any time.

Content must be owned by the provider or used with permission.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Provider agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any customer information received.

All data shared with the Provider must be used solely for experience delivery.

Providers must comply with applicable data protection laws (e.g. GDPR).
7. Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership with 15 days written notice.

Farmer Experience reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any provider account in the event of breach of contract, safety risks, fraud, or negative conduct affecting the platform’s reputation.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, unless otherwise required by local law.
