Liquid Time – A Sensory Journey Through Wine
“A new experience, intimate and sensorial” Five wines take the floor to guide us through their own stories. They will be tasted from their birth, in the silence of the tank, until they become liquid memory. A unique experience that explores the winery’s key spaces: the stainless steel tank, the concrete, the barrel, and the century-old underground wine rack. It will give you an insight into the evolution of artisanal methods used in Pyrenean winemaking. Each stage is tasted on-site, with real wines in progress, including a wine from the winery that never wanted to be bottled, and a bottled wine that never wanted to leave the winery.
