Besides having a pleasant afternoon, because I love the countryside, it was a very enjoyable activity. I learned, in general terms, how to manage an organic olive grove, how to learn to love agricultural activity by understanding its needs, and, most importantly, I spent an afternoon with my family doing something we all enjoy. Finally, the olive oil tasting was spectacular. Mar and Miguel put a lot of love, effort, and expertise into it. They know exactly what they're doing.
