We offer immersive gastronomic tours through our Dehesa fields and artisanal production facilities, available in four languages. As proud members of the Ruta del Jabugo Association, we provide visitors with an authentic experience rooted in tradition, flavor, and craftsmanship.

During this 2.5-hour guided experience, you’ll explore our cellar, natural drying house, and learn firsthand about the meticulous process behind the production of our renowned Iberian hams. The tour concludes with a tasting of our finest acorn-fed Iberian ham, guided by experts who share the secrets behind its exceptional quality.

This engaging and educational journey offers a rare glimpse into the time-honored techniques and sustainable practices that continue to define one of Spain’s most iconic culinary treasures. A memorable experience for food lovers and cultural explorers alike.

We had such a wonderful time seeing and scratching the black pigs in this gorgeous, remote-feeling landscape. Feels like we got to experience something so real and totally different from our own daily lives. Our guide Manuel couldn't have been kinder or more welcoming. In an age where many of us never see our food sources, it feels positively exotic to watch the pigs munch on acorns and run through the landscape. Knowing also that this is a deeply rooted part of Andalusian culture added to the experience. Writing this review from Seville, where jamon hangs in many of the tapas bars in the city, and it is a pleasure to have first entered into this area through the farm, and had our first tastes of jamon at Eiriz. We also now understand the difference in ham qualities, breeds, and production, which is valuable gourmond knowledge!

My husband and I had an incredible experience here. You really get a complete understanding of the process of making their jamón. It is a small family business, in a beautiful tiny town. Everyone we encountered was super friendly. And of course, the best part was their food. It was UNBELIEVABLE. You MUST make the time to visit!
