Visiting our farm is a one-of-a-kind journey into the world of pistachios and sheep farming — where sustainability, tradition, and flavor come together.

During your visit, you’ll explore our orchard, learn about regenerative farming practices, and follow the fascinating path from tree to table. Depending on the season, you’ll see a different side of our farm life:

🌿 Winter: Watch our sheep graze freely through the orchard while the trees rest for the new season. You can even feed our sheep and lambs!

🌸 Spring: Experience the delicate moment of pistachio tree pollination, when male and female trees come to life.

☀️ Summer: See the pistachios grow and ripen under the Spanish sun, discovering each stage of their development.

🍂 Autumn: Join us as we prepare for harvest and taste fresh green pistachios straight from the tree.

If you visit during harvest, you’ll witness the full process — from shaking the trees to collecting the nuts — and enjoy a tasting of freshly harvested pistachios. You’ll even take some home with you!

No matter the season, you’ll enjoy a guided tasting of our pistachio-based products and other local, seasonal delicacies.
