If you’re just glancing at the reviews than you should just read this word: PERFECT I’ve done a few cooking courses and this one was absolutely fantastic, we took the TRADITIONAL BASQUE CUISINE and it was amazing We learnt different technics of cooking, we got introduced to different type of food, it was fun, the chef - Eneko - was supportive, funny and knowledgeable I don’t know where to start with the food, the Basque food focuses on the quality of the ingredients and low on spices, the ribeye which we did in the Green Egg was gorgeous, the peppers we cooked in olive oil for almost two hours was a delight- look at the pictures to get a glimpse of what we did and it’ll give you just a partial idea If I had more time, I would book another course If you like food or like cooking, I highly recommend you take the class - we loved it
We did the introduction to Basque cooking class with Patricio and it was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and great at explaining the concepts behind the cooking processes to us, and also made the class fun and enjoyable at the same time. We would highly recommend doing a class if you're in San Sebastian and we would definitely do another one if we return there in the future.
