Self-sufficient sheepfold farm in the heart of the Asturian province best known as the Natural Paradise. Between mountain and sea we make cheese, charcuterie and grow fresh fruits and vegetables.

Come discover a yet uncovered region in northern Spain. Our province has plenty to show for: rich food, good cider, unparalleled landscape and unique places to visit. Checkout Cudillero famous fisherman Port, Somao unique village with it’s Indiano Palace’s.

In this tour we propose a lifetime experience workshop based on self sufficiency. Here you’ll get the theory and the practice. Our farm is self sufficient on water, power, wast treatment. it’s a stand alone farm.

What is included

• Introduce the self sufficiency concept and limit’s.
• Workshop about water gathering, filtering, storing, treatment and maintenance
• Workshop about benefits of in house energy production. How to produce direct energy, store power ether from photovoltaic or wind turbine sources.
• Workshop about hard and fluid wast.

Following the workshop, you are invited for a natural cider bottle and finger food.
