We enjoyed a spectacular visit to this place. Here you can see the winemaking process as it was done 200 years ago. The wineries are spectacular, and the vats where the wine matures are incredible. After the tour and the guide's explanations—the man is truly phenomenal—you can enjoy a wonderful tasting of the various wines that you can purchase there, if you wish.
It was a super enriching experience; we learned a lot about wine. Aitor is a great professional and took us on a winery tour and a tasting of the best wines, which was very fun and enjoyable. Dionísio, the winery owner, is charming and clearly passionate about the world of wine. It's the only family-owned winery in the entire city that still maintains traditional methods. I highly recommend it.
