Step into the heart of Cancale’s oyster culture with a guided walking tour through the iconic oyster parks. Discover the secrets of oyster farming from a passionate and experienced local guide. You’ll explore the intertidal zone where oysters grow, learn about the daily work of oyster farmers, and understand the rich ecosystem of the bay.
Please note: this is a walking tour on muddy ground – no seating available and not suitable for those with limited mobility. The guide is easy to spot with her white boots and traditional flat cap (gavroche).

Magnificent landscapes with a tasting of the fabulous Cancale oysters as a finale. Oysters to taste on the pier. This is a mandatory step and should be reimbursed by Social Security 🙂
