We had such a lovely experience with Rosa, she is so gifted and passionate! The market was unbelievable, the fresh produce was bountiful, bright and so beautiful. The class size of 6 was just perfect! Our menu was authentic, replicable and truly scrumptious! I am so excited to make these recipes when we arrive back home. Amazing class with Viktorija, that makes you feel like you are enjoying Nice as true resident. Cooking in a group was a fun and collaborative experience. It's a great way to learn more about the city and local cuisine Nice has to offer.
I had a wonderful time learning from and cooking with Viktorija during the Cours Saleya market tour and cooking class! We walked the beautiful market and chose ingredients for our lunch. Then, at the lovely cooking studio, we learned how to make authentic Niçois recipes. Vikortija’s instructions made the cooking easy and fun. I also learned so much from her about Nice in general! The food we made was delicious. I highly recommend this experience!
