Classic French bistro fare is what this hands-on French cooking class is all about. To allow plenty of time in the kitchen where you will be learning alongside a professional chef preparing a menu based on what is seasonal, fresh, and of course, French. It’s a hands-on delicious learning experience! As we will concentrate more on building your skills and learning recipes involving techniques in this class, the chef has pre-selected the menu. You will craft and enjoy a 3-course menu with plenty of bread and wine. Note: This class does not include a market visit.
