Producing olive oil is a completely natural act. This has a lot to do with the quality of the fruit, but also with passion and delicacy. The olive oil of our farm is the excellence of a blend where the Luberon terroir and its climate, the character of the varieties grown, the care of harvests carried out entirely by hand and an organic approach carried out in compliance with biodiversity and our health.
