Producing olive oil is a completely natural act. This has a lot to do with the quality of the fruit, but also with passion and delicacy. The olive oil of our farm is the excellence of a blend where the Luberon terroir and its climate, the character of the varieties grown, the care of harvests carried out entirely by hand and an organic approach carried out in compliance with biodiversity and our health.

Gourmet, informative & fun! The olive oil workshop (followed by a vinaigrette workshop) was very well structured and explained. The information was very practical, answering many questions I've had on olive oil for a long time. I consider this experience, not only educational but cultural. Our host shares her French knowledge on history & cuisine in the world of olive oil, transporting us through time to an economy that shaped the region. The cherry on the cake is we all had so much fun. A perfect hands-on activity to experience in Provence.
