About This Cooking Class in Sorrento

Step into a true farm-to-table kitchen experience in the heart of the Sorrento Peninsula. This is not a tourist show — it’s a hands-on culinary journey where you harvest ingredients from our garden, breathe in the scent of olive groves, and learn traditional techniques in a warm farmhouse setting.

Your experience begins outdoors, picking fresh eggplants and fragrant basil (seasonal) along with aromatic herbs and vegetables you’ll use in the kitchen. After a relaxing walk through the olive groves, you’ll head inside to cook two beloved Italian classics with the guidance of local experts: soft, handmade potato gnocchi and a rich eggplant parmigiana layered with tomato sauce and farm-fresh mozzarella.

Once the cooking is complete, sit down and enjoy your creations with local wine, artisanal limoncello, and a final sweet touch: traditional tiramisu. Perfect for food lovers, couples, families, and travelers looking for one of the most authentic cooking classes near Sorrento.

Authentic Italian cooking class in Sorrento on a family farm
Wonderful experience! Tesa Pavic

My son and I came for a pizza and mozzarella class and left feeling like family. First our guide Stefania was the best! She is knowledgeable and friendly. She showed us the farm and all the animals. Her English is perfetto! Giuseppe is the cheese guru. They make DOP provolone which is delicious! He showed us how to make ricotta and mozzarella. We were able to shape it. So much fun! Anna and Luisa showed us how to make pizza. It was such a fun time. After we made our own and it was our lunch. We used their farm ingredients. We had delicious wine made by Giuseppe with the farm grapes. Also a antipasto of cheese, honey and meat from the farm. The best part if the whole experience was the people. It is a small family farm and full of love. All of the items produced on the farm that we ate. The honey was yummy too. Milk from their cows. Meat from their pigs. Homemade limoncello. It was such a special experience so unique and local. The family and Stefania sat with us as we ate and drank. They tolerated my terrible Italian. I feel this is an experience that make you a traveler and not a tourist. They were such wonderful people. I enjoyed everything and thank you for this memory.
