We loved the pasta making class. Our chef/instructor Lucrezia was great.She made us feel like one big Italian family. She explained the cooking process in detail and gave us great cooking tips. , She was also very funny. We all loved eating the lasagna and pasta when it was done . The chocolate salami dessert and the glass of lemonchello were a great way to end the night.

Oh my. This was amazing! Nikola was world class instructor and made the time fly by and made sure we learned the art and science of pasta making. We can’t wait to get home and see is we can recreate this magic. Classically, I don’t eat a lot of pasta… but this class made me realize how much I have been missing. Homemade pasta like this is a game changer. Thank you! Great date night in Florence, btw! And a full meal.

Absolutely amazing class, Robin was a great teacher and the whole experience was fun and engaging! Definitely recommend for an early evening activity combined with a freshly made dinner and dessert. Will definitely be making again at home! (Suitable for both Italian and English speakers).
