Enjoy a Roman Pizza Masterclass & Wine Tasting in Frascati!

Experience an authentic Pizza Masterclass and Wine Tour at the historic Wine Farmhouse in Frascati, once a traditional community oven. Under the guidance of a Pizza Maestro, guests learn to craft perfect Roman-style pizza through a two-part hands-on workshop—starting with dough preparation and followed by topping, baking, and comparing techniques using a traditional stone oven.

After the class, enjoy a guided wine tasting of the estate’s boutique wines, including Frascati Superiore DOCG and Vagnolo IGP (100% Cesanese), accompanied by the family’s extra virgin olive oil, cheese, and wine jam.

A guided vineyard tour follows, offering insight into historic winemaking techniques passed down through generations. The experience concludes with a farmhouse lunch featuring a variety of local appetizers and your handmade pizzas, paired with Frascati wines, water, and artisanal desserts.

Transportation back to Frascati station is provided, with convenient train connections to Rome.
