The farm, originally and for five generations dedicated to sheep farming, as per the tradition of the Agro Romano, has recently been converted into an olive grove and a vegetable garden.
Ideal raw on salads, soups and fresh cheeses, it also gives its best in the kitchen in roast meat and fish. The vegetable garden, designed twenty years ago for family use, today produces open-field vegetables and aromatic herbs.
We have always made home made pasta with three simple ingredients: eggs, flour and passion!
