Are you ready for an unforgettable truffle safari in Italy?
We will have an amazing day trip through the woods north of Rome, hunting truffles with the help of our trained dogs, while passing through areas rich in history and of outstanding natural beauty. After our hunt we will learn how to prepare and cook our truffles and enjoy these delicious dishes with a very good wine at a beautiful location.

This experience was one of my top things from my trip to Italy. Start with a walk through the Italian countryside with Matteo and his dog. Matteo is very informed and educated on the topic of truffles and very nice. After the beautiful walk and finding the truffles, we go back to Matteo’s home for lunch. Every single course was delicious. His & his wife’s hospitality is 10/10, out of the this world. The four dogs at his home are all beautiful dogs and amazing. The place makes you feel at home and you feel like you’re with your own family. I would definitely do this again, and highly recommend anyone that is thinking about it to do it! 10/10 amazing
They day with Matteo and his dogs was a once in a lifetime experience. We were walking in a beautiful forest and hunting truffles with the dogs Wendy and Julietta . They found so many! Then we were treated to a meal full of truffles every way u can imagine cooked by Matteo himself. This will go down as one of the best experiences of my life. Thank you Matteo, Wendy and Julietta! This was one of the best tours we had on our trip. It was very fun finding truffles with Wendy, (the dog). She sniffed out a lot of truffles which we soon ate afterwards in many different and delicious dishes which Mateo, our tour guide prepared for us. He was very nice and knew a lot about truffles. This was one of my favorite things to do on our trip. Although not the usual activity in Rome it was very fun and unique.
