This is truly an amazing experience, 100/10! Carlo and Jessie welcomed us into their family for the day and gave us such a memorable experience from the cultural traditions and history to the unbelievable food and community. The family farm they have built is nothing short of extraordinary- they redefine what sustainable, regenerative agriculture looks like. It was inspiring for all, we are still dreaming of the ricotta cheese. Don't think about it, just book it.
The day was pure magic - we were welcomed into the family and their home. The food was delicious particularly the bread, and olive oil with sesame. The pasta we made was fun, educational and scrumptious! The day was topped off with the most incredible dip in the river which graces their property. We toasted to past lives and new lives with excellent home made local wine. Thank you Carlo and Jessie.
This experience was much more than I imagined! There is much time and detail spent explaining the history, the purpose, and experiencing the farm. Carlo and Jess were very hospitable and welcoming! Added bonus is extremely delicious and nutritious food!
