Our winery spans 20 hectares of vineyards, spread across four unique areas that create an unmistakable terroir, making our wines truly special.
From the sandy, calcareous soils of Alcamo, to the clay-rich lands of Calatafimi and Salaparuta, to the gypsum-rich soils of Gibellina, each area expresses its own distinctive character, yet all are perfectly suited for high-quality viticulture. A mosaic of lands that makes our wines authentic and exceptional, a true expression of our territory.
We offer the chance to discover the enchantment and magic that is hidden in Sicilian wines. Our guests will be able to accompany us step by step in the production processes and play an active part in them, tasting with us the Syrah slowly maturing and refining in the tank, corking a bottle of freshly filled Catarratto.
What is included
- Visit of the winery, explanation of the company’s history and the main techniques of vinification.
- Creation of your unique blend, we will guide you in the analysis of the characteristics of different wines, so that you are able to choose freely which ones to include in your blend. The necessary instruments and guidance will be supplied to allow you to create and taste your own blend
- Sicilian aperitifs
- Bottling, capping, and labeling of a bottle with the blend of wine created.

If you are visiting Sicily, this winery is a MUST to be added to your travel plans. We had a personalized experience with Valentina who gave us knowledge about her family run vineyard in a professional and warm hearted way. Every single wine we tasted was better than the next and the spread of crackers, cheeses and meats were to die for. When we arrived back at the states we loved the wine so much we had to ship a case over which Valentina gave a nice discount. Can’t wait for the next Sicily trip to go back and visit, the grounds are breathtaking!
Lovely family business. Just outside Alcamo. It is a cozy and relaxing secluded place away from the intense city life. Perfect for those who prefer a more personal experience!
The best wine experience. We did the picnic experience, the staff was very friendly and the food was amazing. They used oils to help understand the smell and tastes notes!
