Enjoy an Authentic Sicily Pizza & Wine Experience!

We are waiting for you to discover the colors and smells of the Sicilian countryside, a land so dear to the Emperor Frederik II of Swabia.

Enjoy the farm and walk through the avenues of the estate, visit the wheat field, prepare and bake pizza and then enjoy your creation paired with some local wines.

Follow the paths that lead to the olive grove, the vineyard, the citrus grove on a pleasant nature that will lead you to the garden of aromas. Here, you’ll play an olfactory game to discover the main aromatic plants of the Mediterranean. You will also visit the small wheat field (from April to June) to talk about ears of corn, flours, cereals. You will then move indoors to prepare your pizza.

With your hands in the dough, you will be involved in the making of pizza finding out more about leavening and wood-fired oven. In the veranda on the garden, you will delight the palate with the freshly-baked pizza prepared with your own hands and with wines of the organic farm.
