Highly recommended! Deborah L

This is probably the best part of our time in Italy! We were able to make three types of pasta from scratch along with tiramisu. Learning how to make pasta the Italian way made it so simple and something I am ready to try when I return home. After we made our pastas, we observed how to make different meat sauces which were served on our pastas when we enjoyed it all for lunch. We also made ravioli with a cheese filling. To say we had a filling lunch would be an understatement! Every bite was delicious. For dessert we made tiramisu which was the perfect way to end our meal. Along the way, we had wine, limoncello, Disaronno, natural and sparkling water, and flavored water

Wonderful experience! Jamie W

The cooking class started with a walk through the kitchen garden to gather the last of the tomatoes that became the sauce for the pasta we were to make and to pick some figs that were transformed into jam that was wrapped for us to take home. We made several types of pastas, to go with several sauces with expert explanation about background to the food and how to make it. We also made tiramisu. Then we sat under the pergola to eat the results of our labors, accompanied by several wines and caprese salad. We made a quick tour of the olive press and some of us bought some of the oil produced on the farm. Its a real working farm and our hosts explained the joys and tribulations of producing a high quality oil in industry fraught with fraud and mass production of poor quality.
