I highly recommend doing the full cooking class. Chef Jerry was a terrific instructor. We had an intimate group (6 people), which made the class perfect! The class started with a tour of the castle before going to the castle's kitchen. After you learn to make this delicious food, you sit and feast while being introduced to the wines that complement each of the courses. The venue had gorgeous views. I can see why people would have their weddings here.

We did a tour of the wine cellars and was told about the wines and how they're made. We then went onto a really nice modern air conditioned room fir the wine tasting and some light snacks. The wine and food was delicious. Such a beautiful place.
