Enjoy an Tuscany Wine Tasting with Saffron Meal!
The wine & Evo oil tasting with the saffron meal will start with a short introduction to our farm in front of our vineyard, one of the oldest in San Gimignano.
The Saffron meal comprises four courses: a starter with bruschetta and crostini with saffron, organic saffron pasta and vegetables, local cheeses, smoked beef with homemade Saffron oil or egg with saffron (depending on availability), and, finally, our homemade cake.
This option also includes a choice of at least four organic and biodynamic wines, such as Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Chianti Colli Senesi, and six kinds of extra virgin olive oils, natural and flavored.
