Explore a Tuscan vinsantaia and taste Vin Santo

This exclusive 2.5-hour experience takes guests inside that intimate space for a guided visit and explanation of the late harvest winemaking process, from grape selection to the long aging that defines these wines. The tasting covers four distinct expressions — two Vinsanto Reserves, a dessert wine, and a Passito Late Harvest — each paired with classic Tuscan sweet bites: cantuccini, crostata, and vanilla gelato with balsamic vinegar. Highlights

Inside the Vinsantaia. Few wine experiences in Tuscany take guests into a working vinsantaia — the intimate room where Vin Santo slowly matures in small wooden caratelli over years, developing its golden color and extraordinary complexity.

Four Expressions of Tuscan Sweetness. The tasting covers four distinct wines — two Vinsanto Reserves, a dessert wine, and a Passito Late Harvest — each representing a different facet of late harvest winemaking in Tuscany.

The Art of Slow Winemaking. The guided narrative explains the entire late harvest process: from the selection of dried grapes to the patient aging that makes these wines unlike anything else produced in Italy.

Paired With the Classics. Cantuccini, crostata, and vanilla gelato with balsamic vinegar complete the tasting — the same traditional Tuscan sweet pairings that have accompanied Vin Santo for generations.

Highly recommended!!! electrolina1

A beautiful winery with a very unique atmosphere — truly a typical Tuscan experience. The place itself is stunning and feels quite luxurious. The owner was very kind and gave us a guided tour, explaining everything about the wines. All the products were excellent and of very high quality. They also offer accommodation, which looked very stylish, although we didn’t stay there. Highly recommended — a wonderful experience overall.

I have no idea how the rooms are as we did not stay, but one of the greatest wine tasting experiences ever! I would 100% recommend going here if in Tuscany. The food and wine are incredible and the venue is beautiful. Definitely a must go stop on your next vacation to Tuscany!
