Aragon Hike & Olive Oil Tasting Experience

The experience begins with a walk through the centuries-old olive groves of the Sierra del Moncayo, where we can appreciate the cultural landscape as a whole, as well as the unique soil, climate, and topography that have influenced the quality of our raw materials for centuries. We will then focus on the olive tree and its characteristics, reviewing the fundamental aspects of the varieties and their olive cultivation.

After this tour, we’ll enjoy a tasting surrounded by nature, surrounded by a forest of centuries-old olive trees. During this tasting, we’ll analyze and taste three EVOOs in detail to learn about the highlights of the tasting process, positive descriptors, and health benefits.
