Olive Heritage Experience in Oliete
We’ll delve into the project to restore centuries-old olive trees carried in Oliete, and enjoy its gastronomy and charming corners. A unique opportunity to learn about our extra virgin olive oil (Best DOP Bajo Aragón olive oil in 2020, 2022, and 2024 ).
You’ll enjoy a guided tour of the olive grove and oil mill , as well as a tasting of our extra virgin olive oils. Finally, you will have a tasting of our delicious preserved roasted vegetables in olive pruning wood, (North Teruel Rural Quality Mark), where EVOO takes center stage. We look forward to seeing you!

I spent a few days with Jaime and the amazing team. They showed me around the olive fields, explained the entire process of how the oil is made, and told me about the importance of the project and its impact on the community. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd recommend it to anyone who's interested in understanding a bit more about where their food comes from, and how these small but important projects make an impact on the communities in which they operate.
