Visit “hive in its habitat” – Cantabria Bee Experience

We’ll walk through the farm among turkeys, ducks, hens, chicks, pigs, and sheep, interacting with them, petting them, feeding them, and enjoying themselves. Later, we’ll enter the hive where we’ll experience its real workings, touching bees, feeding them, and collecting honeycombs—all in a hands-on but completely safe and respectful way, in complete harmony with nature. We then collect pure honey and carry out the entire extraction and packaging process.

At the end, we will taste various honeys, wax honeycombs, and beehive products, all from our own harvest.

Cantabria Bee Hives Experience
Highly recommended! Anushka

In short (but honest) words... Highly recommended! Whether for children or adults, this guided activity provides a unique opportunity to see firsthand the excellent work of beekeepers and, even more so, the contribution of bees as primary pollinators. Thank you!

It was a wonderful and enriching experience. Paula Franco

It was a wonderful and enriching experience. The beekeeper in charge, "Diego," is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in answering our questions. Its a very child-friendly place, as they have an animal farm for you to visit. My family was delighted. Highly recommended.

Super enjoyable Claudia Mimbela

The other day, my family and I had the opportunity to visit the farm. The activity was super enjoyable and very educational. The workers were friendly and approachable, helping us at every step and even letting us take photos holding one of the honeycomb plates. I admired the way they explained the processes of pollination, reproduction, and honey production, sharing anecdotes and interesting facts. They also showed us the honey production process, and at the end, we were able to taste it. I had never considered doing an activity like this, and now I'm very happy to have been part of this experience. Congratulations on your work, Olaya, Luis, and Diego. Hugs!
