Enjoy an Edible & Medicinal Wild Plants Walk close to Barcelona!

There are several unique and marvelous tour packages available, but I can also cater to your specific touring needs. Whether you have limited time, want to visit a special place, or simply take a fun and relaxing walk, I will be happy to meet your needs.
What is included:
- We will pick you up at Sant Sadurní d’Anoia train station, seven minutes by car from where I live and we will start the route. The time by bus or train from Barcelona is 45 minutes Possibility of pick up at nearby places like Sitges.
- We will take a quiet hike for about two hours(3km approx) along vineyard and hill roads in the most rural part of the municipality of Subirats, located in the famous and beautiful Penedès wine region.
- The route will be circular, with a great view of the Penedès and the magical mountain of Montserrat. As we walk, we will explain some curiosities and uses of the medicinal and edible plants that we find, as well as historical sights of the village.
- We will follow the path until we reach the cottage, where in the garden of the house we will taste some regional tapas and prepare other tapas together with edible plants and flowers, accompanied by herbal tea from the garden and whoever wants to taste the typical Catalan herbal liqueur,known as Ratafia.
- At the end we will take you back to the station.

Cristina is super knowledgeable about the areas plants and history. We learned so much and saw some really beautiful views. The best part was when you get to eat a bit of what you’ve foraged. Cristina makes the experience feel super special and lovely. We went as a close group of friends and now we have a really special memory from the day:) Ahighly recommended experience!!!
