Spanish Tapas Cooking Class – Madrid
Originating in Seville, tapas began as a simple slice of cheese or ham placed over a glass of wine to keep flies away — and evolved into one of the world’s most beloved culinary traditions.
In this hands-on evening class, you’ll prepare your own seven-course dinner featuring five authentic tapas, a traditional dessert, and homemade sangria. Guided by a professional chef, you’ll discover the origins, customs, and cultural rituals behind Spanish tapas.
Along the way, learn about iconic Spanish ingredients such as extra virgin olive oil, Iberian cured ham, and local produce. Classes are fully in English, designed for all skill levels, and held in small groups to ensure an engaging and interactive experience.
