Embark on a guided walk through the olive groves of the historic estate, where you will discover the rich history of the property, its cultivation methods, and the artisanal process behind our award-winning extra virgin olive oils.
The visit continues with an exclusive tour of the olive mill, followed by a tasting of our signature oils. To complement this experience, enjoy a selection of three exceptional red wines — Sela and Roda (DO Rioja) and Corimbo (DO Ribera del Duero) — perfectly paired with the traditional Mallorcan delicacy pa amb oli: rustic bread drizzled with olive oil and served with sobrasada and local cheese.
