Enjoy a guided walk through the olive groves of the Estate, where you’ll learn about the history of the property, its traditional and modern cultivation techniques, and the meticulous production process behind our renowned extra virgin olive oils.
The visit continues with an exclusive tour of the olive mill, followed by a tasting of these exceptional oils. The experience also features a curated wine tasting of three distinguished red wines — Roda and Roda I (DO Rioja), and Corimbo I (DO Ribera del Duero) — perfectly paired with the traditional Mallorcan delicacy pa amb oli, made with rustic bread, olive oil, sobrasada, and local cheese.
