Enjoy a guided walk through the olive groves, where you’ll learn about the rich history of the estate, the cultivation of its olive trees, and the traditional and modern techniques that define its exceptional olive oil production.
The experience continues with a visit to the oil mill, followed by a tasting of their premium extra virgin olive oils. To complete the experience, savor a wine tasting of four distinguished red wines — Roda and Roda I (DO Rioja), alongside Corimbo and Corimbo I (DO Ribera del Duero) — perfectly paired with “pa amb oli,” a traditional Mallorcan specialty made with rustic bread, olive oil, sobrasada, and cheese.
