We’ll start the experience with a stop at a local bar for a pintxo and a glass of wine, explaining the differences between pintxos and tapas then, we will head to the market where we’ll handpick fresh ingredients and visit our favourite stalls. Back at our cooking school—the best-equipped in San Sebastián—we’ll cook the best pintxos and tapas in the city.
The class menu changes with the seasons to ensure we use the freshest and most authentic ingredients. Here’s a sample menu you might cook:
